Refund policy

Made to Order
All products are printed to order, created specifically for you once your purchase is made. Once submitted, your order automatically enters our production queue and the manufacturing process begins. Because each item is created individually, we are unable to accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind reasons, including if the artwork doesn’t match your space or personal preferences.

Your Right to Cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the usual right to cancel does not apply to made-to-order items once production has begun.

Our production system is automated, meaning orders often enter printing and processing very quickly after being placed.

If you request a cancellation before production has started, we will do our best to stop the order. However, once an item has entered production, cancellation is no longer guaranteed.

Why Cancellation May Not Be Possible
For transparency, once an order moves into production it is immediately:

  • batched and scheduled,
  • printed onto materials, and
  • placed into the workflow for assembly and finishing.

At this stage the item has already been partially or fully produced, so it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel orders that have not yet entered production.
Once production has started, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for you.
